Bubbles in Ceiling Drywall after Painting

After painting my ceiling, with Ceiling paint, one area, approx 2' x 2' had several bubbles appear. They were the size of a eraser up to the size of a quarter. i was hoping they would dissapear when the paint dried, but they did not. What can i do to fix?

Yesterday I was reading the same type of question on write my assignment for me according to them if the tape is bubbling then its not a problem cut the loose tape with knife and cover the area with ¾ time with sand between coat and yor problem is solved

Drywall spots NEW

Can you please post some pictures so we can get a better idea of what they our. Did you try using a primer or kilz to cover them if they are stains?
It is hard to tell with out seeing it. Please keep my posted.
