Hi I found your article helpful but one thing I noiced is you stated the cost of Drywall sheets 4x8 1/2 inch $6.88/ per bundle(2 sheets)

This would make each sheet cost $3.44 which is incorrect. Each individual sheet is between $6.88 and $7.25 at most home improvment centers and lumber yards. That would be great if drywall was that cheap though.
